01 - Eligibility

- Ensure your CSR initiative falls within the past ten years, including ongoing projects.
- Open to organizations of all sizes, including Indian corporates, agencies, associations, governmental agencies, and non-profit organizations

02 - Registration Process

Follow these steps to enter:

1. Select the category that aligns with your CSR initiative
2. Prepare your entry, including an outline (no more than 2 pages or 1000 words), supporting materials, and a brief synopsis of your work.
3. Submit your entry via mail to awards@icsf.in or info@brandsglobalmedia.com.
4. Include the following information at the beginning of your outline: category entered, title of entry, key contact for entry, organization submitting entry, budget (if applicable).
5. Ensure that your case study broadly covers the following topics: objectives, research, strategy, execution, evaluation of success, results, impact, and ROI.

03 - Supporting Materials, Synopsis and Case Study Guidelines

Demonstrate the success of your work through supporting materials like web addresses/URLs, sales figures, media coverage, photos, research, testimonials, and awards.

Begin your 2-page synopsis with the following information:

• Clearly state the category you are entering.
• Provide the title of your entry as it should appear on your award.
• Specify the key contact person for the entry and the organization submitting it.
• If applicable, mention the budget for your project (will not be disclosed unless consented to).

Craft a comprehensive 1000-word case study that broadly covers objectives, research, strategy, execution, evaluation of success, results, impact, and ROI.

04 - Nomination Costs

Government, PSUs, Corporates, Corporate Foundations: 30,000/- + 18% GST.

NGOs, MSMEs, Municipalities, etc.: 15,000/- + 18% GST.

Startups, Individuals and CSR Professionals: 10,000/- + 18% GST.
